Mooro’s Events is homage to former owners of the original Woolston Manor House, Sir Bobby Moore, Sir Sean Connery.

In the late 1970’s the original Woolston Manor was converted from a private house into a high class private members club. In the 80’s the club was sold and expanded to create a complex of three night clubs becoming Essex’s most famous & popular night spot.

Since its closure in 2002 the Woolston Manor House has stood empty, and after a serious fire in 2008 it seemed unlikely we would see the building return to its former glory. Until now of course!
