We are in uncharted territory. We have all been knocked off of our feet and there is a lot of panic, stress and worry right now. This is okay. We are human and we are taking the time to process what is happening right now. This is a time to act together like a true army and not close ranks on each other. Spread light.

There are so many people who are struggling and desperate and social media is a god send and a lifeline to some in reaching more people. So, we have put together a list of all of the Covid-19 Support groups on Facebook that we have managed to find. We have gone for all of them, not just those in Essex, as now is a time to pull together where ever you are.

Please see the links below and if you need help, know a neighbour that needs help, or you have friends or relatives in any of these areas, then please help when you can. Please please reach out in these groups if your world feels really dark right now. You are not alone. We are stronger as a pack and we can all really make a difference. We can. And we will.
