I have been in the fitness industry 24 years to date, working as a personal trainer for the last 16 years and focus on meeting the particular needs of my clients. Whether you simply want to build up some more muscle, strengthen your core, tone up or lose some weight, I can put together a customised training programme for you so we can reach your goals together.

I have worked with celebrities, professional footballers, athletes, dancers, city proffessionals, drivers, house wives/husbands to the young and elderly and no two people are alike.

I have also written fitness and exrcise articles for magazines and appeared on t.v for fitness related shows. All this added together to have gained valuable experience from people and groups at the top of their game!
